About this role
This is a customer-and-sales-oriented position that involves providing a high level of professional consulting and administrative services to international students.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
* Proactively seek potential client via social media and other channels;
* Provide specialised advice to international students regarding Australian academic courses and institutions;
* Devise tailored study plans and options for students;
* Assist with students' application/enrolment processes;
* Provide and coordinate a range of support services for students;
* Participate in marketing activities.
* Attend professional training and industry event from institutions or the company
Essential for the Applicant:
* Australian tertiary degree holder;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin. Proficiency in additional languages/dialects is an advantage;
* 2-3 Years work experience in Australia in the area of education, customer service, sales or marketing;
* Highly efficient with attention to detail;
* Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality;
* Adaptable with a positive problem-solving attitude.
