Service Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
As a Service Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services to young people.
You will also be responsible for developing strong partnerships with local authorities and other providers in the region, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to embed our ethos and values into practice, seeking opportunities to drive positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality services.
* Develop strong partnerships with local authorities and other providers in the region, working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes for young people.
* Embed our ethos and values into practice, seeking opportunities to drive positive change and creative approaches to support young people to achieve their aspirations and independence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
* Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team of Support Workers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
