About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and analytical individual to join our Post-Installation Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring solar and battery system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor solar and battery system performance through apps and data portals
* Troubleshoot and resolve system or connectivity issues
* Provide clear communication, updates, and follow-ups to customers
* Analyse performance data and identify trends or system irregularities
* Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, note-taking, ticket tracking, and documentation
* Support internal teams with post-install information and assessments
