Job Summary:
The Sales Enablement Data and Automation Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency within the sales organization.
This specialist will develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate manual workflows, and manage sales performance data to support sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dashboard Development & Migration: Lead the migration of existing Spotfire dashboards to Power BI, working closely with Sales Operations Managers and National Sales Managers to revisit and refine requirements.
* Sales Incentive Program (SIP) Data Management: Design and maintain templates for territory target allocation based on historical sales and budget inputs, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate performance tracking.
* Automation & Process Improvement: Identify and automate manual, repetitive tasks within sales operations, pricing, rebates, and order processing workflows, enhancing operational efficiency.
* Data Integration & Quality Assurance: Extract, transform, and load data from various systems into reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and documentation standards are maintained.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales Operations Managers, Sales Enablement Business Partners, Customer Care Managers, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions, acting as a trusted technical advisor within the Customer Effectiveness team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Economics / Computer Science / Engineer
* Technical skills: SQL, Power BI, Cloud Solutions, Data Bricks, Python
* At least 5 years experience in Business analytics and Data Engineer projects
* Ability to work with huge data arrays and significant all-around accuracy in work
Essential Competencies:
* Proven hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and SQL querying
* Strong knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Amazon Redshift data environments
* Experience automating business processes using Power Automate or similar tools
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex data integration and reporting projects
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
