Who We Are Looking For
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, knowledgeable presence as the first point of contact.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer systems for record management and office functions.
* A team‐player who contributes to a respectful, culturally safe workplace.
* A willingness to engage with Aboriginal community/consumers in a culturally appropriate manner and undertake relevant cultural awareness training.
* Completed immunisation as per SA Health Immunisation Policy.
* Successful completion of employment screening requirements.
How You Will Contribute
* Provide professional reception and telephone services, ensuring client enquiries are managed promptly and accurately.
* Deliver efficient administrative and clerical support to staff and management, including data entry, record keeping, and invoicing.
* Assist in the coordination of appointments, resources, and events to support smooth program operations.
* Maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant policies, fostering a positive and culturally sensitive workplace.
