Position Summary
The National Sales Manager is responsible for driving domestic sales growth across Patritti’s wine, juice and de-alcoholised portfolio, with a strong focus on FMCG route-to-market execution, distributor management and key account growth. This role leads the commercial sales strategy across retail, on-premise and wholesale channels, ensuring profitable growth, strong brand presence and disciplined execution. The position supports Patritti’s strategy of value with wine and volume with juice. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national sales strategy across wine and juice portfolios Optimise route-to-market across distributors, retail, on-premise and direct channels Manage and grow distributor network and key accounts Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions and trading terms Deliver revenue, volume and margin targets Drive brand presence through activations, events and marketing alignment Manage forecasts, reporting and customer plans Collaborate with production, finance and marketing teams
