Job Opportunity: Enterprise Sales Leadership
We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across key accounts by leading a team of account executives. This role involves overseeing business development efforts, coaching through complex sales cycles, and partnering with cross-functional teams for customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a business plan to meet revenue, pipeline, and headcount goals in the ANZ region.
* Serve as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts.
* Lead day-to-day operations of a sales team and hire, mentor, and develop high-performing sales talent.
* Ensure precise forecasting and maintain up-to-date Salesforce hygiene.
* Coach account executives in closing complex deals and drive strategic territory and account planning.
* Collaborate with solutions engineering, customer success, legal, marketing, renewals, and partners to deliver outcomes for customers.
Qualifications & Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales.
* 4+ years in SaaS sales leadership, ideally leading teams closing six- to seven-figure deals.
* Background in cloud security or identity and access management is a strong advantage.
* Proven track record of building and executing successful partner and ISV strategies.
