We have a new role available in our commercial kitchen, working closely with the catering team to deliver high-standard food and excellent customer service.
About this position:
You will be responsible for assisting the catering manager and chefs in preparing the daily menu, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively while complying with internal policies and legislative requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum Certificate II in Kitchen Operations or equivalent qualification; basic Food Hygiene/Food Safety Handling Certificate; demonstrated experience with basic kitchen processes and food preparation. Understanding of OHS legislation and hazard management.
