Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Project Engineers - Electrical to work within our Port and East Pilbara teams across upcoming and current projects. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive engineering support to the projects, including tasks such as leading the team, building client relationships, preparing high quality reporting and defining scope of work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Reviewing Scope of Works, drawings, specifications
* Reviewing budgets, completing cost comparisons and procurign materials
* Formulating and reviewing methodologies
* Work pack development and aiding with estimating, scoping, tendering, planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work
* Organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements
* Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work
* Qualitative documentation - ITRs' and ITPs'
* Supporting and coordinating the team
* Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance
* Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements
What you'll bring:
* Previous experience working in an electrical engineering position
* Prior experience with estimating within the electrical space is highly desirable
* Proven experience developing project/construction schedules, work packs, and progress reports
* Prior experience with projects, servicing maintenance, shutdowns and brownfields upgrades for the mining sector is advantageous
* Strong written and technical skills, with a demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets, construction metrics, and change management.
* Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline
* Proof of right to work in Australia with no restrictions
* Ability to do site visits and a FIFO roster, when needed is a must
