About the Role
As our Administration Officer, you'll be right in the engine room of the business, supporting a high-performing sales team and keeping deals, workflows, and communication moving at speed.
This is more than admin, it's sales coordination meets operations, where your organisation and attention to detail directly impact performance, client experience, and growth.
Working closely with the Workflow & Compliance Lead and Sales Operations Manager, you'll help drive efficiency, keep systems clean, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.
What You'll Do
Keep the sales engine running, managing admin tasks across builder and client workflows
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across HubSpot, Monday.com, Excel, and SharePoint
Track deal progress, pipeline activity, and key milestones
Coordinate and distribute enquiry leads to support sales performance
General office duties as required
Workflow & Team Coordination
Support and optimise internal workflows to keep things moving fast and efficiently
Prepare and submit builder documents, sketches, and estimates with precision
Work closely with sales, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless execution
Act as a key link between teams, keeping communication tight and timelines on track
Systems & Process
Keep builder files, contracts, and project data accurate and well-managed
Support land packaging, listings (REA), and builder comparisons
Ensure compliance requirements are met across every stage
Spot inefficiencies and suggest smarter, faster ways of working
Help implement better systems, templates, and processes
Support reporting, updates, and internal improvements
What You Bring
1–2 years in administration, sales support, or coordination
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of multiple moving parts
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence with Microsoft 365 + tools like HubSpot or Monday.com
Strong organisation and time management skills
Clear communication and a team-first attitude
A genuine drive to learn, grow, and step up
