Job Description



Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Rendering Programmer to optimize graphics and bridge the gap between game development and technical art. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance, visually compelling experiences across platforms.

Responsibilities:

* Understand and support the needs of technical artists and visual teams
* Implement and optimize rendering techniques to enhance game graphics
* Develop and maintain graphics features such as shaders, lighting, and post-processing effects
* Write and maintain custom rendering code and shaders (HLSL, GLSL, etc.)
* Ensure consistent visual quality and performance across PC, console, and mobile platforms
* Collaborate closely with artists, technical artists, and engineering teams
* Optimize assets and rendering pipelines for cross-platform compatibility
* Work primarily with Unreal Engine, C++, and shader languages


Qualifications




Qualifications

:

* Minimum 3 years of programming experience
* Strong proficiency in C++
* Solid experience with shader languages (HLSL, GLSL, etc.)
* In-depth understanding of rendering technologies (materials, post-processing, rendering pipelines)
* Proven track record with Unreal Engine
* Experience in performance optimization and profiling across platforms
* Good hardware knowledge (mobile, PC, console)
* Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
* Strong collaboration skills with technical art and visual teams
* Prior experience in game development required
