The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) is part of the health care team and utilises the practice of nursing to provide leadership and management that promotes, develops and supports clinical and qualified practice, patient flow and access and emergency management in the after-hours periods.

- Demonstrated clinical and operational leadership
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
