Job Title: Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to internal and external customers, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process parts queries, sales quotations, and orders accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with our standards and Charter.
* Maintain high accuracy in part interpretation and order processing.
* Understand and effectively use all operating systems related to parts and supply chain activities.
* Establish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders.
* Attend training and apply new skills in the role.
* Cross-train to cover duties when team members are absent.
* Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Amazon Connect.
* Provide regular updates on parts orders, backorders, and delivery dates.
* Identify opportunities for system or process improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current valid driver's license; forklift license advantageous.
* Strong numeracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of earth-moving equipment and mechanical aptitude.
* Trade qualifications preferred.
* Experience in parts interpretation in high-volume environments.
* Understanding of parts sales and supply chain.
* Experience with inventory control and warehouse systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to upsell or escalate parts, service, and sales opportunities.
