* Feasibility Management: Assess build scope and costs, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

* Significant experience in construction management, preferably in the retail sector.
* Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering end-to-end projects.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
* Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction or project management.
