The Role
We're looking for a skilled Site Foreman - Carpenter (Building) to help deliver site operations on upcoming commercial and institutional building projects in Brisbane and surrounding SEQ areas.
This role is hands-on, and ideal for someone who leads from the front, works collaboratively, and is committed to maintaining high standards in delivery, safety, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise daily building site activities.
* Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site labour
* Ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards.
* Liaise with Project Manager, engineers, and suppliers.
* WHS compliance
* Monitor site progress, maintain records, and report daily.
* Oversee plant, materials, and logistics.
* Engage in onsite trade work where required to keep work progressing
About You
* 3+ years' experience as a Site Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial building projects
* Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
* Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
* Solid leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* White Card essential; First Aid and relevant tickets desirable
* Valid driver's licence
· Must have own basic tools.
· Must be willing to perform hands-on work on site.
· Willingness to travel to projects across Brisbane and South East QLD
