Job Title: Studio Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our studio's day-to-day operations.
* Manage daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, cleaning, utilities, and equipment maintenance.
* Maintain office calendars, meeting bookings, and team scheduling across studio and factory staff.
* Director calendar and inbox management
* Support HR functions such as onboarding new staff, maintaining leave records, and coordinating team events.
* Assist with accounts administration including reconciling receipts, processing invoices, and coordinating with our bookkeeper.
* Maintain and update company documentation and filing systems (digital and physical).
* Assist with organizing team meetings, training, travel bookings, and internal communications.
* Coordinate with IT and external service providers to manage technology and software needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an office management or administration.
* Experience in a design, construction, or professional services environment is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – approachable, responsive, and confident in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital filing systems (experience with Xero is a bonus).
