We are seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Disability Support Workers.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and confidently in their own homes and communities.
\
Key aspects of the role include:
\
\
* Providing personal care and support to clients with disabilities;
\
* Assisting clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores;
\
* Accompanying clients on outings and activities to promote social inclusion and community engagement;
\
* Collaborating with other professionals, including healthcare providers and therapists, to develop and implement personalized support plans;
\
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to clients, families, and relevant authorities;
\
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
\
\
Requirements for this role include:
\
\
* A Certificate III or IV in Disability (or willingness to obtain);
\
* Current First Aid Certification (desired);
\
* A valid Working with Children Check;
\
* A National Police Certificate;
\
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
\
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
\
* Reliable transportation and a driver's license (desired).
