HCM Professional
We are seeking a seasoned HCM professional to support and enhance our SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Platform in Canberra, AU.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and manage SAP HCM solutions across complex landscapes
* Analyse business requirements and provide expert functional advice
* Resolve HCM-related incidents and manage helpdesk tickets effectively
* Collaborate with stakeholders and share knowledge within the team
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Statements of Work
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP HCM
* Expertise in ECC6.0 HCM, particularly Public Sector Personnel Administration and Time Management
* In-depth understanding of HCM master data, tables, and reporting
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
