* Remuneration: $66,608.03 – $68,817.27 per annum + super
* Location: John Hunter Hospital
* Hours per week: up to 38
Responsibilities
Your day will be varied and fast‐paced, with a strong focus on patient interaction and coordination. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients, greeting and assisting them at reception, while also managing appointment bookings, handling phone and email enquiries, and ensuring accurate data entry. You will liaise with radiographers, doctors, wards and other hospitals to help ensure imaging services are delivered efficiently and on time.
During onboarding you will receive structured training and ongoing support to become fully competent in your role.
About You
We're looking for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. You'll be confident communicating with a wide range of people and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Experience in a healthcare or medical imaging setting is highly regarded, but not essential – what matters most is your ability to provide a professional, patient‐focused service and your willingness to learn.
