We are looking for a natural leader with high energy and a positive approach to achieving success. You'll work closely with your team who provide exceptional customer service and help drive our driveline / hydraulics business forward
Responsibility and duties:
* Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales and operational goals.
* Develop and execute branch strategies aligned with regional and state objectives.
* Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost control, and inventory.
* Ensure excellent customer service and swift resolution of customer inquiries.
* Champion workplace safety, compliance, and team wellbeing.
* Coordinate staff training, recruitment, payroll, and HR activities in partnership with relevant departments.
* Maintain accurate reporting and communication with senior management
* Oversee daily workshop operations, including team leadership, workflow management, quality control, safety compliance.
Who are you?
* Proven track record in sales, branch management, or similar roles.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Exceptional people management and leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Current and valid Australian driver's license.
* Computer literate at an intermediate level
* Experience or knowledge with Hydraulic and Driveline products is advantageous.
