Who are we looking for?

Your experience in a high-quality kitchen will help create memorable dining experiences for our residents.
Key responsibilities include :
* Deliver high-quality catering services according to menus and standards
* Provide effective leadership to achieve high customer service standards
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to implement a new dining experience
* Showcase culinary expertise
* Lead and mentor kitchen staff
* Maintain food preparation standards and oversee kitchen operations
* Manage ordering, inventory, and cleanliness
* Cater for residents' needs and special events
* Ensure smooth kitchen operations at all times
Requirements :
* Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
* Proven Head Chef experience in aged care
* Menu planning, culinary techniques, and kitchen management skills
* Strong leadership and team inspiration abilities
* Effective management of kitchen staff
