**About the Company**
Gain valuable real life experience working with a large NSW government agency as a Administration Clerk responsible for coordinating a range of business administration support. Based in Newcastle on a 3 month contract.
**About the Role**
- Assist in managing the revenue collection process including non-patient billing according
- Provide administrative and clerical support and maintain records
- Prepare timely and accurate reports.
- Contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of new processes and systems related to customer service.
- Contribute positively and be actively engaged in the development of team building and culture improvement exercises within Revenue Operations.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a consistent and high standard of administrative support
- Experience in using Microsoft software packages Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
