You will be responsible for on-site and remote support, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and resolving any technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert technical support and customer service for photocopiers, printers, and production devices
2. Conduct on-site and remote troubleshooting and repairs
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues
4. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical problems
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in digital copying technology and networking technologies
6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
7. Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives
8. Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comprehensive knowledge of digital copying technology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Valid Australian driver's license and ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and a National Police Check
• Fluent English written and verbal skills
