About the Role
This role involves providing personal care and support to individuals, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance. You will also assist with transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments, as well as provide domestic assistance such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing personal care and support to individuals, including assisting with daily living tasks.
* Assisting with transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments.
* Providing domestic assistance, including light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
* Supporting customers with complex and/or challenging needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance/Criminal Record Check.
* Proof of Vaccination (COVID-19 vaccination certificate).
* Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
* Current Australian Drivers License.
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
* Smart phone with internet access.
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (or equivalent).
