* Grow the Client Base: Actively identify, approach, and onboard new customers.

* Drive Sales Growth: Implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets to achieve consistent revenue growth.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the internal sales team and suppliers to maximise opportunities. Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors and identify prospect business development.
About You:
Proven Sales Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in an external sales role, identifying leads and driving new business growth, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Industry Knowledge & Adaptability: Ideally, you will have experience within wholesale or related industries (solar, plumbing, hardware, security etc.) Relationship-Building: Skilled in cold calling and fostering long-term relationships to drive growth through exceptional customer service.
Self-Motivated and Independent: Strong initiative with the ability to manage and expand a client base autonomously, while maintaining flexibility in a field-based role. Driven and Passionate: You have a genuine passion for sales and a drive to grow your career.
