The Role
* End-to-end management of a residential portfolio (approx. 100 properties)
* Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
* Proactive landlord and tenant relationship management
* Maintenance coordination and issue resolution
* Rent and lease reviews
* Insurance renewals and claims management
* Working closely with leasing and accounts teams
The Person
* Previous experience in property management
* Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Highly organised with strong time management
* Professional presentation and a team-first attitude
* Current driver's licence
