About Our Service Role
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Service Operator Team Leader. Based at Darwin Terminal, this role involves ensuring the cleanliness of guest cabins, lounge and restaurant carriages on-train and public areas off-train.
* This includes coordinating with the staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences during train turn-arounds, deep cleaning, and special events.
This key position will provide support to our service operations team through coaching initiatives while maintaining close collaboration with the Terminal Manager.
Main Responsibilities: - Conduct daily briefings with the service delivery team regarding day-to-day operational requirements such as maintenance schedules and priorities.
- Supervise all aspects of work environment management in line with established guidelines
- Prepare detailed schedules outlining tasks necessary prior to rolling stock return including planning teamwork efforts where applicable.
