* Leadership of Community Access teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and positive outcomes for clients of all ages with disabilities.
* Design, delivery, and evaluation of cost-efficient and innovative service delivery models to support client goals.
* Managing change and supporting team development to deliver contemporary and evolving services that meet client demands.
About You
* Management Experience: Proven management experience in a community services environment.
* Sector Knowledge: Understanding of relevant legislation and standards in the disability sector.
* Person-Centered Approach: Knowledge and understanding of supporting staff in implementing person-centered approaches to uphold client rights and needs.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Resource Management: Ability to manage financial and staff resources effectively within a complex environment.
* Initiative and Organization: Excellent initiative, self-directed work practices, and highly developed organizational skills.
