Speech Pathologist Opportunity

The role involves providing direct and consultative services to adults and children with disabilities, their families, and supporters. You will conduct assessments, prescribe equipment, and design individualized therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
* Provide dynamic assessments and prescribe equipment using diverse tools and approaches.
* Design individualized, flexible therapy plans focused on personal goals and clear outcomes.
* Assist individuals and families in identifying priorities and achieving their goals through informed decisions.
* Collaborate with other Allied Health professionals to deliver multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary care.
* Deliver services in alignment with NDIS requirements.
Requirements:
* A qualified Speech Pathologist (Bachelor or Master's in Speech Pathology) with current SPA registration.
* Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a therapeutic setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for making a difference.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
* A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on best practices in speech pathology.
* Willingness to embrace diversity and work in a culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming way.
