Clinical Nursing Professional
Delivering high-quality care in-home is at the heart of our expanding clinical workforce.
We seek a Clinical Nurse to join our team in Dalby or Roma locations. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be allocated a client portfolio and have the opportunity to lead and inspire frontline clinical teams through guidance and mentorship.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans effectively
* Conduct comprehensive and accurate assessments of residents
* Assist with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional development
* Support ensuring services meet all accreditation standards
You will focus on delivering exceptional nursing care and leadership, providing support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care promoting quality of life and enhancing independence for individuals to remain within their home in the community.
The role requires an experienced clinician with considerable experience within an acute or aged care environment. You will be an advocate for person-centered care, leading by example through exceptional communication and customer service skills.
