About The Role
Operating within Future Students, the Future Students Officer is responsible for supporting recruitment efforts to promote the university in local and regional areas where ACU's campuses are based to facilitate high quality applications from prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students. Working closely with the Future Students Leads and colleagues on national initiatives, this role will collaborate with Marketing & External Relations, university faculties and other relevant internal departments, First Peoples and Equity Pathways, to deliver prospective student communications, lead generation and innovative marketing activities to attract and convert prospective students and influencers. An important aspect of the Future Students Officer position is to enhance engagement with high school communities which requires building and nurturing relationships with careers advisers, teachers and principals, developing communications (newsletters and EDMs) and conducting presentations for school students. Other responsibilities include managing reporting, logistics, recruitment activities and stakeholders as well as attending events, webinars and careers expos. The role requires local and interstate travel and flexible working hours to attend events outside standard business hours.

* Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 per annum (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
