Job Title: Coordinator Asset Data and Systems

Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and team building skills, extensive knowledge of strategic asset management systems and databases, as well as advanced knowledge of strategic asset management principles, techniques, and legislation. They will also have advanced skills in the valuation of infrastructure assets, high-level project management skills to ensure timely completion and documentation of projects, excellent computer literacy, and highly developed verbal communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
In addition, our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in facilitation, consultation, and negotiation to achieve desired outcomes, extensive experience in strategic asset management related roles, highly developed financial management, estimating, and budgetary skills, sound knowledge of Local Government Act 1995 (WA) and state legislation, and a degree in either Asset Management, Civil Engineering, Asset Accounting, Strategic Planning, Information Technology Systems, or significant industry experience across all requirements of the role.

Benefits:
We offer a salary range of $120,716 to $129,661 per annum and benefits including superannuation, flexible working arrangements, health and wellbeing programs, training opportunities, and salary packaging options.
