The Role Our Student 360 Program is seeking a Project Officer to provide operational support to the Governance Manager, to drive efficient and effective program delivery ensuring successful program transformation outcomes across the University.
The role is an excellent opportunity to work on a key program in Macquarie University's Digital Transformation.
Y ou will report directly to the Student 360 Governance Manager and will play an important role in supporting the implementation of a new, consolidated, secure student CRM that will allow effective connection to successfully support students throughout their journey.
The Student 360 Program will deliver a student CRM (Salesforce) that will realise our ambitions for end-to-end student engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Program leadership team, including Program Director, Program Manager, Project Managers & Stream Leads.
Receive, resolve and/or appropriately escalate enquiries, not limited to the regular monitoring of the Student 360 inbox.
Own onboarding & offboarding activities for the S360 Program, including administrative support during recruitment.
Support management and tracking of vendor contracts including goods receipting.
Provide administrative support for the purchase and delivery of IT equipment and services, ensuring alignment with relevant University policies and procedures.
Coordinat e meetings between team members, suppliers, and other stakeholders as needed to ensure effective communication.
Collate information and prepare executive communications, as required.
C aptur e meeting minutes of key program governance forums.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with coordination and facilitation of project delivery activities, as required.
Comply with relevant EEO and WHS regulations.
Perform any other duties as required and as appropriate for the incumbent's level of competence.
