About This Role
You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a $15M project, working closely with site teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across safety, quality, time, and cost.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing project programs, budgets, and reportingCoordinating consultants, subcontractors, and suppliersDriving safety, quality, and compliance standardsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders and project partnersLeading and supporting site-based delivery teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience delivering commerial construction projects in the $10M-$15M rangeExperience on multi-residential, or similar projectsStrong commercial and contractual management skillsExcellent leadership and communication abilitiesAbility to manage projects autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
