**About the Role**
Join our team as an Operations Support and Informatics Officer on a full time, ongoing basis to work at various sites based at Mulgrave. This position offers a hybrid model of working.
The role will work closely with the Operations Support and Informatics Advisor and the Director of Clinical Operations - Community Operations Support. This role is intended to provide advice and support in data and information management across Monash Health Community. The role functions to support Operational areas to 2 make best use of digital systems in the delivery of care. The role will support the clinical services to collect and analyse data to enhance and optimise the care delivered within Monash Health Community services. Collaborate with clinical teams to develop a data driven approach to care delivery. Support clinicians to build confidence in the use of digital systems and tools that enhance and optimise care delivery. Identify and support quality projects in the use and implementation of digital systems. Support the Community to EMR project and Optimising Community Care project as a content specialist. You will be working with a variety of disciplines across Community including:

The **Community Operations Support (COS) **Team provides the services which keep Community's the engines purring and wings shining! Things we do include:
- Site administration, including OHS and Emergency Management
- Administration management and support
- Strategic project support (including Community Hospitals Optimising Care and, Disability Action Plan),
- Digital roadmaps and informatics services (including systems management/upgrades, reporting, project management)
- Strategic communication and engagement support for all parts of the service
**About You**
To ensure your success in this role you will bring the following demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge:
- Willingness to learn
- Understand design, data model implementation and deployment of desktop database systems
- High level skills in all MS Office apps
- Advanced data analytics skills
- Understanding of programming and database design principles
- Intimate knowledge of reporting requirements for data sets: HACC, Community Health, CHSP and VINAH including the reporting frameworks.
- Detailed understanding of MH Community environment and the use of data and information within the services.
- Advanced problem solving and data analysis skills as they relate to health services delivery.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Leadership experience in a clinical/ health domain.
**What you need**:
- Bachelor Health Information Management or Equivalent tertiary qualifications.
- _ Post Grad qualifications in Health/ Management and/ or IT (Desirable)_
