Job Description:
A high-achieving Boutique Manager is sought after to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
* Lead individual sales performance, team member sales goals, and overall boutique Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Deliver exceptional customer service to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the boutique business and proactively develop an effective sales strategy.
* Collaborate with management to design client strategies, ensuring long-term relationships and increased business opportunities.
* Anticipate and address business needs, minimizing disruptions.
* Adhere to Richemont Group and A.Lange & Sohne operational policies and procedures.
* Ensure the boutique maintains Brand standards.
* Oversee day-to-day back-of-house operations.
* Hire, motivate, support, and maintain talent, fostering a cohesive teamwork environment.
* Build a high-performing team through strategic talent evaluation and planning.
* Support sales data and performance reporting as needed.
* Responsible for daily boutique opening and closing, ensuring adequate coverage.
Qualifications:
* Possess a proactive attitude and understanding of luxury retail sales floor operations.
* Bachelor's Degree required.
* At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations with direct reports.
* Critical thinking skills and solution-oriented approaches are essential.
* Demonstrate initiative, conscientiousness, and follow-through on responsibilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing work responsibilities and availability to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and store openings/closings.
* Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
* 'Team player' spirit and ability to work collaboratively within a group/team dynamic.
* Proficiency in MS Office software, with expertise in Excel required.
* Secondary language proficiency is beneficial.
