Overview
The Manager - Capital Program Delivery is responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and governance of Council's annual Capital Works Program across all infrastructure asset classes. Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, the role ensures that Council's capital projects are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in alignment with organisational priorities, community needs, and long-term asset management plans.
The position leads a multidisciplinary team of Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Program Officers, providing direction, guidance, and resource coordination to achieve program-level outcomes. The role focuses on strategic planning, forward program development, delivery performance monitoring, financial stewardship, and stakeholder engagement.
The Manager champions continuous improvement in capital delivery systems, fosters a strong culture of safety, accountability, and innovation, and collaborates across departments and with external partners to ensure integrated, timely, and value-driven infrastructure outcomes for the Maranoa region.

Position Details and Benefits
- Position based in Roma, Qld
- Full-time, 4-year Contract position - 36.25 hours per week
