About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance & Site Support Technician to assist with general maintenance, site upkeep, and minor repairs across our network of retail and unmanned fuel sites throughout New South Wales.
This is a practical, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in presentation, and is comfortable managing their own workload across multiple locations. You'll be trusted to take ownership of site presentation and minor maintenance tasks, identifying issues early and ensuring our sites are kept safe, functional, and presentable.
The role involves regular travel to sites across New South Wales.
Key Responsibilities
* General handyman and maintenance tasks across fuel sites
* Yard and site upkeep, including cleaning, minor repairs, and presentation
* Basic DIY works (e.g. fixing fixtures, fencing, signage, small repairs)
* Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues
* Travelling between sites as required
About You
* Current driver's licence (essential)
* Previous handyman, DIY, or general maintenance experience (highly regarded)
* Practical, hands-on and mechanically minded
* Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Reliable, trustworthy, and safety-focused
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Willing and able to travel throughout NSW, including being away for several days at times
* Electrical or trade-related experience (viewed favourably but not essential)
This role will not suit someone looking for a fixed-location or office-based position.
What We Offer
* Ongoing work with a family-owned Australian business
* A varied role across multiple sites — no two days the same
* Supportive and down-to-earth team environment
* Travel expenses covered when working away
* Remuneration aligned with experience and capability
