We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and coordination services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and perform day-to-day administrative tasks
* Meet and greet clients, handle phone and email inquiries
* General administration functions, such as filing and records management
* Provide administrative support to the local team
* Petty cash, corporate card reconciliations
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role
* Friendly personality
* Can-do attitude
* Calm and well-organized approach to work
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong computer skills
* Competency with database systems, financial & records management systems (desirable)
* Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening (we can help)
