Job Title: Employment Solicitor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced solicitor to join our legal services department.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, particularly in managing complex caseloads of employment tribunal matters.
* They will provide expert employment law advice and support to affiliated businesses.
* Key responsibilities include handling employment tribunal litigation, transactional/project support, and ad hoc advisory work on the full range of employment matters.
The successful candidate will report to a senior employment solicitor and sit within the wider legal services department, comprising 30 professionals.
This is a challenging and varied role, requiring confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to think strategically.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team that values training highly, with a variety of work and international reach.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
Candidates must be qualified solicitors with at least 5 years' post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house department. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with 5-8 years' PQE.
