About the company/role:
* Well-established TGA governed radiopharmaceutical company based in Bundoora
* Seeking a Microbiologist Assistant – full time position (8am – 4 pm)
* 12-month fixed term contract with possibility of extension.
Duties:
* Environmental monitoring
* Aseptic microbiological testing
* Conduct Sterility testing
* Perform bioburden assessments
* Perform endotoxin testing
* Data entry
* General laboratory house keeping
About you:
* Bachelor of Science majoring in Microbiology or closely related field
* Desired but not necessary, understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven time management skills for planning and schedule of work
* You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, be adaptable and have the ability to work in a close-knit team.
