Responsibilities Prepare and scan hard copy files for digitisation Monitor image quality and perform quality assurance checks Maintain accurate file locations and metadata in CM9 Support records management operations as required Ensure compliance with record retention legislation and policies Must have Experience in records or information management Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes Computer literacy across a range of software products Nice to have Knowledge of the NSW State Records Act 1998 (GA45 and GA39) Experience using Kodak scanning applications Familiarity with council records management systems Clicks is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion.
