Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, assist in resolving workplace issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
* Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
* Organize team-building events and employee welfare programs to promote engagement and workplace culture.
* Coordinate internal training sessions, track attendance and participation, and ensure efficient execution of training programs.
* Oversee the attendance system, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
* Assist in developing and implementing performance assessment mechanisms, support teams in setting targets, and ensure fair evaluation processes.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of HR experience.
* Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
* Prioritizing Mandarin language skills is beneficial.
