Description
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to assist in our kitchen. As a Kitchen Hand, you will be responsible for preparing food, cleaning dishes, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and monitoring stock levels.
The Role
* Cooking: Prepare food for students with attention to detail and quality control.
* Cleaning: Clean dishes using commercial dishwashers, and maintain a spotless kitchen area.
* Maintenance: Monitor stock levels, rotate stock, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
* Safety: Use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
Requirements
* Driver's Licence: Full driver's licence is required for this role.
* Working With Children Check: A Working With Children Check is mandatory.
* Commercial Kitchen Experience: Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is valued but not necessary.
* Attention To Detail And Time Management Skills: Strong attention to detail and time management skills are essential for success in this role.
* Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Or Independently: The ability to work effectively in a team or independently is crucial.
