As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us amplify our brand and bring in the crowds
What you'll be doing:
Game-Day Promotions & Events: Plan, execute, and promote exciting events and promotions.
Social Media Management: Create engaging content, manage our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and build our online community.
Local Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses and organisations to expand our reach and create cross-promotional opportunities.
Content Creation: Produce eye-catching graphics, videos, and written content for our website, social media, and in-house displays.
Analyse & Report: Track marketing campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimise future strategies.
Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and engage with our audience to build loyalty and enhance the customer experience.
Support the Team: Assist with other marketing and promotional activities as needed.
Working across all of our venues with main office base being Bunbury head office
What we're looking for:
A passionate sports fan with a deep understanding of sports culture (preferable but not a requirement)
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
Strong social media and digital marketing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for content creation.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
A strong team player who can adapt their schedule to meet the demands of the role
