Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide high-quality support and guidance to managers and employees across all stages of the employee life cycle.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in providing industrial relations support, recruitment, and onboarding services, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
This role requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers and employees on all areas of HR and stages of the employee life cycle.
* Interpret policies, contracts, enterprise agreements, awards, and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and provide industrial relations support.
* Assist with recruitment, induction, and onboarding processes for designated areas.
* Represent the organization on interview panels and support managers with difficult conversations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Formal training and tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience in HR systems, including HR Information Systems.
* Operational expertise in Industrial Relations, including Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
