$85,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation + 17.5% Annual leave loading

What you'll be Doing
* Providing remote and onsite IT support to managed service clients
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
* Managing user accounts, permissions, and system access
* Monitoring systems and proactively resolving issues
* Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment
* Supporting Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and business systems
* Writing clear documentation so the whole team benefits
What We're Looking for
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, or cloud environments
* Networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, VPNs)
* Experience in an IT support or MSP/MSA environment
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, networks, and common business systems
* Good communication skills - you can explain tech without the jargon
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple client jobs
* A proactive mindset (you fix problems before they escalate)
