OverviewThe OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to provide high-level advice and support to senior leaders and line managers across a diverse portfolio.
In this role, you'll deliver a wide range of human resources services with a strong focus on industrial relations and employee engagement.
You'll work closely with leadership teams to guide workforce planning, performance management, employee development, conflict resolution, and policy compliance.
This position plays a key part in fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture through sound HR strategy, relationship management, and expert guidance on complex people matters.About the TeamYou'll join a collaborative and highly experienced People & Culture team that delivers comprehensive HR services across the organisation.
The function includes HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Safety and Wellbeing, and HR Systems.
Together, the team provides strategic and day-to-day support on workforce planning, legislative compliance, and best-practice HR initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior leaders to deliver expert HR and IR advice across a broad range of issues.Support performance management, workforce planning, and employee development initiatives.Manage casework and provide clear, practical guidance on complex HR matters.Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, policies, and employment legislation.Build strong relationships with leaders to deliver innovative and compliant HR solutions.Collaborate with subject matter experts across Recruitment, Employee Relations, and OH&S.About YouEssential:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience providing HR advice in a large, complex organisation.Sound understanding of industrial relations legislation and employment law.Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Experience managing a range of HR matters including performance, complaints, and change management.Desirable:Experience in the healthcare or public sector.Familiarity with relevant awards and enterprise agreements.Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.BenefitsSalary packaging optionsAccrued Day Off each monthFive weeks' annual leaveDiscounted health insuranceOnsite childcare (subject to location)Onsite gym and discounted parkingDiversity, Equity & Inclusion at Hudson: Hudson is committed to helping you find a workplace where you feel respected, supported, and free to thrive.
