Project Development Specialist
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to support the strategy and delivery of Australia's largest infrastructure pipeline. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders and clients to develop creative solutions for transport, education, health, property, energy, and renewable projects.

* Develop a deep understanding of effective project development service offerings and their impact on a business' bottom line or government reputation.
* BUILD a network and strong market reputation across NSW/QLD/VIC public and private sectors relevant to government infrastructure projects.
* Utilise current relationships to identify and develop immediate business opportunities.
* Demonstrate commercial acumen with a background in consulting or contractor environments and/or government sector experience.
* Show high drive, ambition, and versatility as part of a broader team that drives innovation and thought leadership.
You will work on complex project development projects, leverage client and commercial opportunities, and assist with bid writing and other activities that enhance our ability to win work.
* Provide high-level expertise to the Project team, undertaking tasks such as presenting to clients, writing reports, monitoring quality, demonstrating efficiencies, and building relationships based on trust.
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Law, Project Management, Economics, or Commerce/Finance are desirable.
* Proven experience in project development, project/programme management, assurance, risk, including managing projects for government and/or infrastructure delivery clients is essential.
* A strong understanding and proven experience with stakeholders at all levels is required.
* Excellent skills in managing relationships, teams, projects, and issues are necessary.
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
