Our client a leading Managed Service Provider based North of Perth is looking to an experienced Systems Engineer to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional support to Managed Network and ICT clients.
* Configure and manage firewalls, backups, and physical/virtual infrastructure.
* Troubleshoot systems, resolve connectivity issues, and conduct root-cause analysis.
* Handle alerts and escalations, ensuring timely, client-focused resolutions.
* Support software cutovers and perform onsite visits when required.
* Create and maintain documentation, user guides, SOPs, and project reports.
* Collaborate in project meetings and liaise directly with clients.
* Manage and deploy TCO365 projects and validate technical solutions for sales opportunities.
* Log all work accurately and escalate complex issues when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
* CCNP, VMware VCP, MCSE (or equivalent)
Preferred Experience:
* 2+ years in an MSP technical service desk role
* 2+ years customer-facing service experience
* 2+ years Microsoft/Office 365 admin (incl. migrations)
* 2+ years firewall admin (Palo Alto, Meraki)
* Experience in managed services environments
